Order Cancellation Policy: If customers wish to cancel, they must notify us immediately by email with the order number in the subject line. Cancel within 1 hour of ordering. If we do not receive the email in time, it will be sent the same day and you will be responsible for shipping and return charges. We are not responsible for missed cancellation emails.
Stolen Packages: Insurance and purchase charges do not cover entry theft after delivery. Delivered packages are your responsibility. USPS Priority: Orders placed in the morning are usually shipped the same day. Orders are usually dispatched after 10am on the next working day. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday.
USPS First Class Mail: Orders placed before 10am are usually shipped the same day. First Class is the slowest shipping method, so take your time if you choose this option. We offer preferential 2-3 day shipping at a lower price. The first lesson can last a week, sometimes 2-3 days. This option is not guaranteed. First class is for small packages weighing less than 1 pound. We can deliver in a padded envelope.
Fedex Home Ground packages are shipped the same day if ordered before 10am. If you're in the southeastern United States, this is the fastest way. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. Check the location map to see when your order will arrive:
California - Airsoft guns will come with new color bars in compliance with the new gun law (SB 199). Guns are not sold to San Francisco (parts and equipment can be shipped).

Orders to APO, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Wake Island, Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are packaged (usually within 24 hours) and shipped via US Priority Mail - fully insured and signature required (cost included).
Canada - Your government is horrible and keeps 5+ week packages in customs and high tax fees. We recommend that you order from our domestic Canadian store or be prepared to wait a long time. Use Courier - see above.

A quick note about our return policy: Airguns are considered hobbyist electronic products. Airsoft products are not consumer toys. These are fragile electronic devices that can be easily damaged without proper care. It is also considered a weapon in some jurisdictions, so like a real gun store we have a "final on all sales" policy. However, to keep our customers happy, we have the following exceptions to all end-of-sale policies:
Some products can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges will only be made for manufacturer defects or shipping damage. If an item is damaged or shipped incorrectly, please contact customer support immediately to resolve the issue quickly. Exchanges are usually for one product, but we will consider other exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Exchange is not a refund. In case of defect or damage, exchange is for the same or similar item. Exchanges for manufacturer defects are at our discretion, either directly by us or through the manufacturer. After 14 days, the warranty is always provided by the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to us or shipping all exchanges and defects.
Returns: We do not offer returns on any product. All sales are considered final due to the nature of airsoft products. Defects can be exchanged within 14 days only. We offer some exceptions for returns on a case-by-case basis, but generally all sales are final.
Gun Warranty: Guns come with a full warranty direct from the manufacturer on ALL guns. Umarex, G&G, Valken, ASG and others all have extended warranties of 30 days - 1 year depending on the item. Check the manufacturer's warranty against defects. Airsoft Atlanta does not cover returns/warranties on firearms with manufacturer defects after 14 days. Items outside this range are covered by the 14-day exchange policy above. We do not cover shipping costs.

Before returning the product, please email us to request an RMA # and include the RMA # on the outside of the packaging with your contact information on the inside.
Please allow 7-10 days for RMA processing for an exchange or return as we are very busy with sales volume. If it's been more than 2 weeks since we received your RMA, please email us so we can follow up.
Same policy as above (online sales) - If there is a defective product or warranty issue, bring your item and a printed receipt to the store within 14 days of purchase. If a defect is found, we will offer to repair the product free of charge, offer a replacement for the same item, or issue a store credit (if the original product is out of stock).
