Fear Force Five - Jack Perez is a director mostly known for a film that he considers to be his most satisfying work anywhere. Under the alias of Ace, Hannah Perez directed Asylum's infamous giant monster wrestling match.

The whole modern giant B-movie movement may not have started here, but some of the film's funnier scenes were highlighted in the trailer, which Yahoo named one of the 10 best movies of 2009. trailers, the trailer that really turned Undead Backbrain into a YouTube channel. (where it was first released) to the hemisphere. The hit director for about a month — and it changed the landscape of producing B-movie monster mash-ups. The film's "success" seems to suggest that low-budget monsters can appeal to mass audiences (whether they were objectively good or not) as long as they push the limits of the imagination to ridiculous extremes. "I was the one who put the giant sand snake into the story," Perez commented, the premise alone being one of the curses that cause massive dust storms. "And it has its good moments. But that movie is a great example of how the wazoo and CGI weakness gets hurt when too many cooks come into the kitchen."

When I saw that trailer, the first thing that came to mind was the long-running Japanese tokusatsu franchise, though the giant alien superhero wasn't.
. This was done by a strange creature, a giant monster that makes Godzilla and Gamera seem alive.
- Absolutely! Perez said when I asked him a question. "Ultraman was a big part of my childhood, a daily after-school ritual. In a way, that show was much more surreal and free-flowing than any other Toho property. It inspired me to use my imagination when it came to FF5's monster design. What a 9-year-old would really want see?"
In the first three episodes of the series, which premieres on December 23. via CineFix and further, Perez is described as "a rampaging giant zombie pirate. A giant lobster claw and a mutated shark swimming in his skull — if you can believe that!" Weirdly, I can.
Fear Force Five (tv Series 2014– )
A monster attacks a sleepy seaside community, and Fear Force Five is formed to fight it. "It's really the 'origin' section," he added.
Of those three episodes, he says, "new explosive giant creatures attack each week." Just like Ultraman. "And the ongoing personal dramas of the FF5 defenders that threaten to tear them apart and risk destroying the planet."
For me, this is mostly the coverage of the genre. Many giant creatures are attacking the planet. The visuals and drama are essentially monumental. Of course, when you see it as a child, the impact is even greater. In fact, making FF5 was like teleporting back to my childhood and getting back to work with all those beautiful miniatures. Like when I was a kid making Super-8 movies! I love the practical VFX, really pull it off. And directing a fully realized monster in a costume was a dream come true. The cast was also great, a young group of very cool and thoughtful actors. I also had fun working again with Rob Beckwith from Some Guy Who Kills People (Perez's previous non-kaiju film) and Vic Chao from Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus.
Given the behind-the-scenes issues with the production of the other giant monster companies—issues that limited his ability to realize his vision—how has the production side been? How does it appear in the final product?

"The production, as always, had a limited budget, but the producers in charge entrusted me with the material and that meant everything. They let me do my thing, so the quirky tone and style I wanted was preserved. Basically, the show is the show I'm going to make."
