A quick note about our return policy: Airsoft guns are considered fun, electronic products. Airsoft products are not consumer grade toys. These are fragile electronic devices that can easily break without proper care. They are also considered firearms in some areas, so like any real gun store, we have an "all last sale" policy. However, to keep our customers happy, all end-of-sale policies include the following:
Some products are allowed to be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt. Exchanges are only for manufacturer defects or shipping damage after delivery. If an item is damaged or shipped incorrectly, please contact Customer Support immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly. Exchanges are usually for the same product, but we may consider another exchange or reserve credit depending on the situation. Exchanges are non-refundable. In the event of a defect or damage, the replacement will be for the same or similar item. Manufacturer's defect replacement is at our discretion either directly through the manufacturer. After 14 days, the warranty is always through the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to us or shipping for all replacements and defects.
Returns: We do not offer returns on any of our products. Due to the nature of Airsoft products all sales are final. Defective replacement within 14 days only. We offer some refunds depending on the situation, but generally all sales are final.
Tool Warranty: All tools are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. Umarex, G&G, Walken, ASG and others all extended 30 days - 1 year depending on the project. Check with the manufacturer for warranty against defects. Airsoft Atlanta does not cover returns/warranties for weapons found to be defective by the manufacturer after 14 days. Items outside this range are covered by the 14-day exchange policy above. We do not pay for shipping costs.
